What I do
Services & workings
All workings are scheduled around the lunar calendar. After intake I'll confirm timing, explain which phase fits and why, and give you a realistic window.
🜂
Protection
Unauthorized access detected. Something is getting through that shouldn't be. This working clears, seals, and hardens your perimeter. Consider it a full security audit for your energy field.

Attraction
You've identified the opportunity. Now you need the pipeline to move. This working accelerates what's already in motion — love, money, career, whatever's been stuck in review. Come to intake with a clear ask. Vague briefs get deprioritized.

Banishment
This is an offboarding. A pattern, a person's energy, a situation that has missed every deadline and is still somehow on the roadmap. Submit a case, scope the removal, and I'll handle the rest. No severance required.

Healing
You're in post-mortem. Something ended badly — burnout, grief, a chapter that closed harder than expected. This working addresses the damage at the root level. Not a patch, a rebuild. Timeline set at intake.

Divination
You're blocked on a decision and need better data before you can move forward. This working pulls clarity on what's ahead so you can act with confidence. Bring a scoped question. "What does my future hold" is not a ticket I can action. "Should I take the counteroffer" is.

The practitioner
Your tech
support
witch.
Founder, Spelldesk — Amelia
I've spent years in tech — actual customer support, then customer success, then solutions architecture. I know what it means to take a case from intake to resolution because I've done it thousands of times.
I'm also a practicing witch. Two things can be true at once.
Spelldesk happened because my years in tech have trained my brain to work best in a ticketing system, and one day I stopped fighting it. The magic needed structure. The structure needed magic. Here we are.
How I work
The practice
01
Lunar scheduling is non-negotiable. Workings are assigned to the appropriate moon phase at intake. If your timeline conflicts with the lunar calendar, the moon wins. It always wins.
02
Intake is required on every case. I need full context before I can scope the working. "I just need some good vibes sent my way" is not a ticket I can action.
03
Curse work is out of scope. Not offered, not negotiated, not escalated to a senior witch. Please do not ask.
04
Cases get closed. You'll receive confirmation when your working is complete — no vague updates, no "trust the process" energy. Confirmation tier depends on your package: from email notification all the way to physical proof of work delivered to your door.
Common questions
FAQ
Okay but...are you actually a witch? +
Not only that, but I'm a very organized witch. I also believe that all women are witches in their own right — whether you've ever lit a candle with intention, trusted your gut and found you were right, or you're just here because your pipeline is stalled and you really want to crush it this quarter. How you access your magic, or whether you do at all, is entirely your own business. I'm not here to convert anyone. I'm here to take cases.
How does this work, exactly? +
You submit a case describing what's going on. I review it, figure out what kind of working fits, and schedule it around the right lunar phase. You get a response within 48 hours and a confirmation when the case is closed. It's a support ticket. For magic. That's the whole thing.
Do I need to believe in magic for this to work? +
No. Skeptical curiosity is fine — something brought you here, and that's enough to start with. I just need you to tell me what's going on.
Why does timing depend on the moon? +
Different phases support different kinds of work. Waxing moon: drawing things in. Waning moon: releasing and clearing. New moon: endings, fresh starts. Full moon: amplification. Scheduling around these isn't decorative — it's how the practice works. I'm not going to apologize for it.
Do you do curse work? +
No. Out of scope. Next question.
What information do you need from me? +
The intake form covers the basics. The more specific you are, the better. "I need help with love" is hard to work with. "I've been in a situationship for two years and I want clarity" is a case I can take.
Can I submit a case for someone else? +
Yes, with some nuance. Protective and healing workings on behalf of people you love are generally fine. I'll ask about it in intake and let you know if I have any concerns about scope.
What's the support desk thing about? +
I work in tech. Customer success, solutions architecture — the whole deal. The support desk framing is just how my brain organizes problems: intake, scoping, scheduling, resolution. It turns out magic and support have a lot in common. Someone brings you a problem, you figure out what's actually going on, you do the work, you close the case. It tracks.
